Yoga is for every body

Yoga is for EVERY BODY. When we practice, we are all getting the benefits of yoga. The benefit we get from our yoga practice is not determined by our expression of the postures.

What does this mean? Someone in class can be in an advanced expression of the exact same posture you're trying for the very first time ever, and you're still getting the same benefits with your best efforts.

That's one of the beautiful things about the practice of yoga.

So, we show up consistently and do our best. Our own best looks different from day-to-day, and our best doesn't look like anyone around us. It's ours - and it's our practice.

The benefits of this practice, the mind, body, spirit wholeness, and the wellness we get to experience in community is what we all share.
