  • In vinyasa yoga, the body moves in sync with the breath, creating fluid and smooth movements, so it's also known as “flow” yoga. This is a creative sequence of postures thoughtfully designed to work the entire body in a challenging way. Instructors offer different variations of a posture to fit the needs of beginners and advanced yogis. The temperature is set between 90-95 degrees.

  • 60 minute non-heated vinyasa flow for those new to yoga or at a beginner level. This class is a sequence to warm up the body, as well as a slower paced movements focused on alignment, strength, balance + flexibility.

  • This is a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, also known as 26/2, sequenced to work the entire body. The room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. This class is accessible to all levels, including beginners and first time yogis. Please hydrate prior to this class. Electrolytes are also encouraged.

  • This 60 minute class is heated to 75-80 degrees and is a gentler style of hatha yoga. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense postures, and includes extended time for meditation, breath work + relaxation.

  • Kids: This 60-minute yoga class is designed for kids ages eight and up. It will teach breathwork, vinyasa postures, and inversions. Kids will learn tools that help them engage with others and feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside.

    Teens: Join our yoga series for teens! Release fear, let go to grow, practice self-love, and welcome love into your life.

    Yoga is more than exercise—it’s a holistic journey for mind, body, and spirit. Are you ready to explore, grow, and nurture well-being?

  • This 60-minute class is designed to build muscle and core strength by incorporating both power flow and light weights for resistance training. The temperature will be around 95 degrees. Get ready to sweat and sculpt your body!

  • This class is a slow-paced and meditative practice that includes long holds and deep stretches, targeting connective tissue. Followed by meditation and savasana.

  • Start your day off right with a heated vinyasa class that focuses on movement rather than power postures. The room is heated to 90-95 degrees. It's the perfect start to the day!

  • A combination class, for all levels, of gentle postures and guided imagery to restore, destress, and relax the body in preparation for sleep. This class encourages healing from the inside out - from the day to day stressors mentally, emotionally, and physically. Bring a towel/light blanket and small pillow.

  • 45-minute lunch session working the entire body through movement, weights, bands + cardio!
