Kristin Comas

Kristin's love for yoga began in 2014 while living in Hawaii. As an avid runner and new mom, she was looking for something intense yet uplifting that could add to her fitness routine. It only took one heated power flow class for her to begin a disciplined practice she has taken all over the world.Yoga also paired perfectly with Kristin’s passion for sharing wellness with others. In 2018, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training and began teaching in Monterey, California. Becoming a teacher deepened her love of yoga and opened her eyes to the healing that breath, mindfulness, and movement can offer. Since beginning her journey as a yoga teacher, Kristin has had the opportunity to teach power flow and sculpt classes on both coasts of the United States as well as overseas. She has been fortunate to expand her practice by teaching diverse classes of athletes, diplomats, military families, community groups, and children recovering from trauma. She believes there is no one size fits all in wellness and reflects this in her teaching style. Kristin teaches challenging and creative flows focused on building strength, flexibility, and resilience. She inspires students to develop self-awareness and intentionality by leaning into what feels most supportive for them each day on and off their mats.
