My SŌZŌ Story
SOZO has become my shanti-sthal (place of peace) in the midst of a hectic schedule—a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect. Through steady sādhanā (dedicated practice), I’ve come to see yoga not as something I “do,” but as a svabhāva (natural way of being) within myself. Every class, every teacher, and every moment on the mat has gently layered growth and transformation. It’s brought me into a state of sahaja dhyāna (effortless awareness)—no struggle with the mind, no need to control it—just a balanced, relaxed presence that feels deeply whole.
