My SŌZŌ Story

Jadia brings a beautiful energy to the mat and reminds us what our community is all about—warmth, support, and presence. Yoga has helped her find balance both mentally and physically, encouraging her to slow down and truly be present in her everyday life.

She says what she loves most about Sozo is how welcoming the space is—“a place where everyone feels seen and supported.” For anyone nervous about starting yoga, her advice is simple: come as you are and just see how it feels. Even as a beginner, you’ll feel right at home.
