Michelle has always been passionate about fitness, but the moment she began practicing yoga, she quickly fell in love with it, and it became a core part of her wellness journey. After struggling with low back pain, she found great relief through Hot 26, which helped strengthen her spine and quickly became one of her favorite classes.

In 2023, she completed her yoga teacher training and is excited to share her passion around mind, body and spirit wholeness.

Michelle enjoys teaching Hot 26 and her goal is to create a welcoming space where everyone feels encouraged and celebrated in their yoga practice. She hopes to inspire others to prioritize self-care so they can better care and love those around them.
