Liz Raymer

Liz Raymer is a Peachtree City native who grew up as a dancer, always finding a sense of peace through movement and creativity. After graduating college, she discovered yoga while living in Madrid, Spain, where she began taking Bikram classes several times a week. What started as a physical workout quickly became something much deeper, it became a practice that helped her reconnect with herself and align with her inner needs.

Since then, yoga and breathwork have become a daily form of therapy, grounding her and bringing her back home to herself. She believes this connection is one of the highest forms of self-love and that yoga is a practice everyone can benefit from, whether through physical movement, mental clarity, or self-discovery.

Liz completed her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training in May 2026 and approaches each class as both a teacher and a student, always learning and evolving. She believes that within every challenge, whether in an uncomfortable posture or in life, there is always something to face, learn from, and grow through.

Her classes focus on connecting breath to movement through intentional, flowing sequences that build strength, encourage patience, and create space for a moving meditation. She believes that yoga is fluid, empowering, and deeply personal. She hopes to create a welcoming space where students can tune into their inner wisdom, find balance, and leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.
