Kristen knight
Kristen Knight discovered yoga in 2014 while searching for a way to manage stress and quickly fell in love with how it transformed both her body and mind. What began as a physical practice soon became a journey toward greater balance, self-care, and overall wellness. After completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training, Kristen expanded her education through certifications in Baptiste Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and health coaching.
Known for her playful energy and genuine love of movement, Kristen creates classes that are both challenging and approachable. Her goal is to help students build strength, find balance, and connect more deeply with themselves on and off the mat.
