Kallie glover
Kallie was a gymnast growing up and sought a similar activity to rebuild her strength and flexibility as an adult.
After trying different types of yoga, vinyasa flow seemed to be the perfect fit. The dynamic, creative flows became something she looked forward to daily, and with that consistency came not only physical but mental improvements and progress. She found that much of what she practiced on her mat, as far as staying present, grounded, and using breathing techniques to stay calm, translated to everyday life outside of the studio. This deepened her love for the practice and showed her that it’s so much more than a workout.
In Spring 2021, ready to dive deeper into her practice and connect with others in the community, Kallie completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training. She also used this training to extend the confidence she had gained through yoga to her voice, and improve communication.
Kallie’s goal for each class is simply for each student to feel great in his or her own body. She loves to see students try new things and push themselves to their edge, while also listening to their body and meeting themselves where they are that day. Kallie is a big advocate for a consistent practice and believes the possibilities that yoga can bring are endless.
