Brie Ford is an Atlanta native and classically trained dancer who fell in love with yoga in 2017. Over the years, she became more familiar with yoga as a sacred practice rather than an exercise, leading her to earn certifications in 200-hr yoga teacher training, somatic healing, and trauma-informed yoga.
Brie has a passion for facilitating mind-body connections through movement and other mindful practices further highlighting the importance of wellness for self and the community. Her goal is to invite students to meet themselves where they are in the present moment. She believes that learning to listen to your body is the most important part of a yoga practice.
